There are specific reasons for a person to be allowed to vote absentee.  According to the Board, they check a mere 25% of the applications they receive.

To date, the Board has refused Wayne's request to get a copy of the Absentee Ballot Application.  We understand why and if you turn to this analsyis, you too can understand why they want to keep things in the closet!
